The Big Temple

Posted by SKHallisey (San Salvador, El Salvador) on 21 November 2008 in Architecture and Portfolio.

Apologies for the extended ‘extended vacation’ that I have taken over the past couple months. I have been incredibly busy the past couple months, and I know find myself in India, where I will be until the end of January. I will try to keep the blog updated in the meantime, but no guarantees, as my day to day internet use is always in the air. Some pictures will be from my stay here, while others are some I’ve taken over the past couple months. This picture here is from Thanjavur, a town in Tamil Nadu, about 8 hours South/Southwest of Chennai. This temple is infinitely more fantastic than any picture I can take, and I must insist that my picture does not do it any sort of justice.

A big thanks to everyone who checks out my photos. If you are so inclined, I would appreciate it if you vote for my photo at the vfxy and/or cool photoblogs link. Once more, thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy.

Please vote for me at the Photoblog of the Year contest. Thanks in advance!
